Seven-year-old Zaylen Moody is not only tough, but he is a fighter. He lives in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Zaylen and his brother were throwing the football and Zaylen was struck by a car. Zaylen has been spending time rehabilitating at Scottish Rite Day Rehab Center here in Atlanta. But Zaylen has fought back so well, he can return home on June 15th.
Besides being tough, Zaylen is a football player. He loves football. His favorite teams are the Falcons and Clemson. Zaylen has been away from home, his family and friends for quite a while.The NFL Alumni Georgia Chapter asks members and current NFL players to give Zaylen a big Atlanta welcome by visiting him and autographing his football before he heads home.
Zaylen’s Mom, Lakeita says Zaylen loves company, attention and is ecstatic to receive visitors. How about taking a few minutes and make this tough football player’s day?

UPDATE ON ZAYLEN
In the last few weeks, Zaylen has continued his remarkable recovery. He is walking without his wheelchair and improving every day. Zaylen and his Mom return home to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on June 15th, so let’s make an effort to visit this tough football player and autograph his NFL Alumni football. Zaylen’s Mom wrote Zaylen’s remarkable recovery continues. Zaylen is closing in on a full recovery and almost is back to his “very active” seven-year-old self. Zaylen and his Mom are thankful to the NFL Alumni Georgia Chapter for visiting him and giving him an autographed football. And YES…Zaylen still sleeps with his NFL Alumni Football.
